Welcome to The Milngavie Golf Club. A club for true golfers!

It is with justification that The Milngavie Golf Club is considered by many to be the finest golf course in the district. The course is situated just 15 minutes from the West End and South Side of Glasgow, on the edge of Mugdock Country Park and adjacent to the West Highland Way. This absolutely stunning location provides fantastic views over Glasgow and the central belt as far as the Pentland Hills, and also across to the Campsies and to Ben Lomond. Founded in 1895, The Milngavie Golf Club was originally designed by Willie and Laurie Auchterlione, with later features added by James Braid, and is now a priceless gem. The dedicated green staff proudly maintain this moorland course in pristine condition throughout the year, and always within R & A guidelines for use of pesticides and fertilisers. Visitors are delighted by the tranquillity of the course, and are soon aware of the real challenge of this 5,818 yard par 68 delight. It is no surprise that the Milngavie Open is heavily subscribed every year!

The Visitors Package for 18 holes in the playing season starts from £23 (for a group of 10 or more, please contact the secretary for details) and rises to £36 to include lunch and high tea. The 36 hole package starts at £45 and includes lunch and high tea. Deluxe Dinners are also available on request.
